To star an email in AOL using the official mobile app for iOS:

Automatically Star All Future Emails From Specific Senders

- Go to: https://app.clean.email/
- Sign in with your mail account.
- Select the Senders tool on the left pane of the main dashboard.
- Choose the sender whose messages you want to star automatically.

- Choose whether you’d like to apply the rule to existing messages or not. Click Confirm to create the new rule.
From now on, all new messages sent to you by this sender will be marked with the star label, and you will conveniently find them in the Starred section of Clean Email or your AOL Mail account.
