- Click the Add to contacts icon. It looks like a person with a ✚ sign.

💡 Note: You can do this on both the web and mobile versions of Gmail.

Difference Between Promotions and Primary: What to Remember
The Promotions tab is one of the Gmail categories, and this is where any promotional emails will go. The messages you often find in this tab include shopping offers, deals, spam, and emails mistakenly identified as promotional.
You won't get a notification for these emails, so if an important message is mistakenly categorized as promotional, it may go unnoticed or get lost.
The Primary category tab contains messages from people you know and emails that don't fall under Social, Promotions, or other categories. To avoid missing important communication, you need to continuously make sure all the relevant senders are routed to Primary.
