View Custom Folders from Your Email App in Clean Email

When you create custom folders in your mail email application, they do not appear in Clean Email by default.

If you want the custom folders from your email client to appear in the navigation sidebar in Clean Email, use the following simple process to filter your messages and then save the filtered view as a favorite.

📌 Note: If you use an email client installed on your computer, like Outlook or Apple Mail, make sure you set it up to sync all folders. Please consult your email provider if you need help setting that up.

First, click the All Mail folder in the left-hand navigation pane.

Next, click the filter button near the top of the page.

In the filter control drop-down, click the In folders drop-down and select the folder you want to recreate in Clean Email.

Now, you just need to click the heart icon at the top of the page to save the filtered view as a favorite.

The Add to Favorites dialog appears. Enter a name for the filtered view as you want it to appear in Clean Email, and then click Save.

Click SaveClick Save

The new favorite appears in the left-hand navigation menu.
