Recovering Deleted Email Messages
When you want to get rid of unwanted messages in Clean Email, there are a number of options. In addition to moving the messages to other folders and changing their read or unread status, you can also move messages to the trash or delete them permanently.
When you move messages to the trash, you can easily access the Trash folder (or “Deleted items” in some email clients) and move the messages to a different folder, if you change your mind. However, most email providers will permanently delete anything that has been in the trash longer than a certain time period, typically from 7 to 30 days, depending on your provider.
If you choose to delete a message rather than sending it to the trash, Clean Email deletes the message from your email provider’s server permanently.
If you accidentally delete email messages that you wanted to keep, or if you change your mind after deleting messages, your email service provider may be able to help you recover the deleted messages.
📌 Please Note: Clean Email cannot assist you in any way with recovering email messages that have been permanently deleted. The information below is provided for your convenience and is subject to change.
