Automation features allow you to apply any action to new emails coming to your mailbox without any manual work. For example, if you choose to "Mark as Read" and "Archive" all emails from Facebook and enable automation for that action all new emails from Facebook will be automatically Marked as Read and Archived. Any action performed manually can be automated.
To use automation proceed as usual – click any rule and find emails you'd like to remove, archive or apply any other action.
To create a new automation rule simply check the checkbox labeled as "Apply this action to all matching emails in the future" when applying an action.
That's it! You can keep doing this for other rules and groups. Once you do that the automated rule will show in your Automation dashdoard.
All your Automation rules will appear in the "Automation" dashboard. There you can pause (disable) if for some reason you want to do that, or resume (enable) the automated rules. You can also permanently remove them. You will also see stats about how many emails were affected since the rule was created and opt in to receive some reports on email with these stats.
