Excluded emails list allows you to make sure that some emails are never matched by any rule and no action is ever applied to them. Those emails are “protected” from any action no matter what.
Excluded emails list only works within Clean Email. You will still be able to see, remove, and modify these emails with an email program you are using.
Excluded list can be found in Account Settings, which can be accessed using the blue button with your name on it.
To protect emails from certain senders add their email addresses into the field, one per line on the Excluded Emails tab, accessible from the account Settings.
You can also add emails to a protected list by clicking the sender name in the preview column.
To protect emails going to certain recipients put their email addresses into the field, one per line. You can also add emails to protected list by clicking on the recipient when previewing groups or emails.
To protect emails in certain folders marked with certain labels mark the checkbox next to the folder/label you wish to exclude from rules and actions. All emails within the folder/label will be ignored by Clean Email.
To protect emails sent or received within a given timeframe choose timeframe from the dropdown below. All emails sent and received within the timeframe will be ignored by Clean Email.
