Help and Support for CleanEmail

Simple start with "Quick Clean"

In Quick Clean we group types of emails most commonly cleaned by our users. That includes older emails, social notifications, emails from dead ends etc, unread emails etc. We also suggest an action for each group in Quick Clean making it even easier to go through hundreds and thousands of emails at once.

In the Quick Clean view we grouped some of the most common rules.

For each of those types you can apply different actions – Move to Trash, Archive, Remove, Apply labels, or more. Visit our article about Smart Views to read more.

You also have an option to automate these actions. Checking the box that says “Auto Clean:...” creates an Auto Clean rule to apply the same action to any future email that matches your criteria.

Checking the box that says “Auto Clean:...” creates an Auto Clean rule to apply the same action to any future email that matches your criteria

For example, if you Archive emails older than 6 months, emails that become older than 6 months will be automatically removed from Inbox but kept in Archive.

If you choose to automate any action, you can find it later in the “Auto Clean” tab. You are able to stop/pause/restart Auto Clean rules at any time.
