Currently, TikTok does not offer an option to disable email notifications through its website on a computer. To manage and turn off email notifications, you'll need to use the TikTok mobile app or an email cleaner app like Clean Email.

1. Unsubscriber

Here’s how to unsubscribe from TikTok emails with Clean Email:

Click the Unsubscriber option from the dashboard's left-hand menu.
Tap the Unsubscribe button beside the TikTok email you want to stop receiving.

Hit the Confirm button; the option to Move existing messages to Trash is turned on.

2. Auto Clean Rules

You can automatically send specific TikTok emails to the Trash folder using Clean Email’s Auto Clean feature.

⚠️ We recommend being mindful of your choices and selecting the Trash action rather than Delete because the latter choice is permanent.

Here are the steps to do it:

Click Auto Clean from your dashboard's left-hand menu.
Click the Create Rule button or ✚ symbol to create a new rule.
Name your rule, for instance, Trash TikTok emails.

Open Any sender or recipients drop-down menu and select Sender (name and email) or Sender Domain. Then, enter the TikTok email address you wish to bring to Trash automatically, or the tiktok.com domain.
Click the Choose Action and select Trash.
Optionally, enable Include this rule in Action History and Apply to existing messages before completing the process by tapping Create Rule.

3. Sender Settings

Clean Email's Senders feature lets you view emails by their sender, with the newest messages on top (default). When you click on a TikTok email you wish to remove, a dialog box will appear wherein you can Unsubscribe (or Block), Mute, or Create a Rule so it will no longer land in your inbox.

💡 Emails with unsubscribe links have a megaphone icon. For emails without an unsubscribe link, the Block option appears in the Sender Settings. However, you can unsubscribe from them using the Unsubscriber feature.

Since we have already discussed how to block TikTok emails and create Auto Clean rules, we'll show you how to mute TikTok notifications from Sender Settings.

Select the Mute button on the dialog box after clicking on a TikTok email. Muted messages arrive in your inbox but are marked as read automatically.

In the new window that pops up, you can choose to:

Apply to existing messages: Turning this toggle on will mark your chosen TikTok emails as “read .” If it’s disabled, Clean Email will mark it as "read" only for future messages.
Do not ask for confirmation again: Activate this option if you don't want Clean Email to ask for your confirmation when applying this action to other senders in the future.

Tap the Confirm button to complete the process. When you return to the main Sender's page, affected emails will appear with the muted label (megaphone icon with a slash).

4. Smart Folders

The Smart Folders feature groups your emails into pre-built folders, including Social Notifications. Tap this folder to locate the TikTok emails you wish to block more quickly and send them to the Trash Can. To apply this action, take the following steps:

Click Social Notifications from Smart Folders in the left-hand menu.
Use the Select button at the bottom of the page and then tap the blue circle next to the TikTok emails you want to remove (you can also choose YouTube emails and other similar ones that you don’t need).

Using Clean Email to Manage Social Emails

On the blue action bar that emerges at the bottom of the pane after selecting your emails, hit the Trash icon. This action will move your highlighted messages to the Trash Can. Meanwhile, you may click Keep Newest to send messages with check marks to the Trash except for the newest message.
When the confirmation pop-up appears, enable Do not ask for confirmation again and click Confirm.

How to Stop TikTok Emails on iPhone or Android:

Open the TikTok app on your mobile device.
Tap Profile (iOS) or Me (Android) in the bottom right corner.
Access your account settings by tapping the three lines (iOS) or three dots(Android) in the upper right corner.
Tap Settings and privacy (iOS), then go to Notifications under the "Content & Display" section.

Scroll down to find Email notifications and tap it.
On the new page, you can turn off the All email notifications toggle or disable specific types of messages.
Go back to notification settings and under TikTokShop, find the TikTok Marketing Messages. Open that menu and turn off email notifications.

How to Get TikTok to Stop Sending Emails through General Email Filters

Gmail

Block or filter unwanted emails sent by TikTok using Block [Sender's Name], which you'll find when you click the three dots in the upper right corner of the unwanted TikTok mail.

You can also create a filter by tapping the Show Search Options (three sliders) icon on the Gmail dashboard, to the right of the search bar. You can also follow these steps to prevent future promotional emails from other senders.

Outlook

Choose Block Sender from the options when you right-click on the TikTok email.

You may also go to Settings in the upper right corner of the dashboard, then choose Mail → Junk email → Blocked senders and domains → ✚ Add then enter the TikTok email you want to block.
